1. The proper legal description of Kyokushin Karate Academy is CND Distribution Pty Ltd t/as Kyokushin Karate Academy, PO Box 215 Menai Central NSW 2234.
2. If a person does not provide Kyokushin Karate Academy with the personal information we request on registration, we will not be able to process their request to join Kyokushin Karate Academy.
3. The personal information of members is used to enable Kyokushin Karate Academy to make contact with members and provide them with information from time to time. Additional medical information is used to safely deliver services to members within the scope of their medical ability.
